I graduated from dental hygiene school in 2018. I specifically remember sitting in class during my final semester and one our lead professors asked if we have thought about pursing other avenues within dental hygiene and I immediately thought, “no!”. I was so eager to start practicing as a real-life hygienist and I honestly didn’t care about anything else. I had tunnel vision: graduate, move home and start working! And that time time, I was 28 years old… maybe that’s why I had tunnel vision LOL.

But anyway, here I am teaching fitness/pilates classes to dental hygienists.
