Hi, I’m Kelsey Benner

I am a mama to two babes. I used to work full time as a dental hygienist, but now I am officially a stay-at-home-mom. It’s quite the journey.

I’m also a fitness instructor with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. I am passionate about helping women improve their relationship with exercise, eating and themselves. I also love to put a pretty strong emphasis on the importance of nasal breathing day + night.
